Sponsorships shall solely provide the purchaser with the right to display a logo or insignia of the Fund, along with the purchaser’s right to state (even in commercial contexts) that the purchaser is such a member. Founding sponsorships shall not expire, but other memberships are valid only for the calendar year in which they are purchased. A sponsorship purchased in 2013 may be printed anytime in 2013, even if a product to be sold to the public bearing that sponsorship is not sold until after 2013. However, sponsorship relied upon for promotional materials (such as convention banners) must be renewed on a yearly basis. Sponsorships are non-transferable.
